Rafay Jawad- Founder & CEO

Rafay has a passion for solving complex problems. He has launched high impact social startups, led strategy for Family Offices and worked with Amazon as a consultant. He has also worked McKinsey & Company as a management consultant.

He has experience working across and serving clients in North America, EMEA & South Asia, on multi-billion dollar initiatives. His work has spanned over a dozen industries ranging from manufacturing, retail, fashion, agriculture, real estate to public sector. 

His expertise is in performance and cost transformation, strategy, innovation and product development. Rafay currently serves as CEO of Obvious Labs, focusing on providing management consulting services and developing innovative products and solutions. 

Rafay holds an MBA from Babson College and a Master In Design Engineering from Harvard University. He also serves as General Secretary / Executive Board Member for Harvard Alumni Association.

He is a naturally talented artist, an avid car enthusiast and has an undying love for animals.
